Incompatible program

No idea what this is - the EA launcher was working perfectly fine the other day, and then I tried to launch it and it kept crashing. Ran compatibility check and this popped up - I just updated window...

    @serenadog 

    Uninstall the EA app you currently have.

    Download a fresh installer from here: 

    https://www.ea.com/ea-app

    Run that and attempt playing a game.

      @EA_Barry i’ve tried that a dozen times - it has not worked.

      Waisted my time and my daughters time downloading this "free game" from Steam; its incompatible and we spent 1hr30 downloading. SORT IT OUT YOU FOOLS WE WILL NEVER TRY TO PLAY THIS GAME EVER AGAIN !!!!!!
