incorrect password
When I log in to EA through a web browser there is no problem. However, If I click on a game from the Xbox PC App for download, I am redirected to the EA desktop app which doesn't recognize my password. I have changed it three times and it still says its incorrect.

It sounds like there's a possibility you have two different EA accounts and emails that are very similar so you might think you're changing the password on the one you're using but it's for a different account. Can you double-check your email address to ensure it's the correct one?
