Infinite loading screen after pressing the download button on the game Turmoil.

I just got xbox game pass and now want to get turmoil it says included with my EA p;ay membership which came with Xbox Gamepass. and once install is pressed i can move around with TAB but cant click ...

Have same issue with fifa 21. Other games are installed just fine
