[Info Request] Xbox Game Pass: "Sign Up for EA Play or Purchase Game" Error

Summarize your bug EA Play is included with XBox GamePass for PC. However when opening the Windows 10 Xbox app and clicking on an EA game to install it launches EA Desktop and asks you to sign up for EA Play or purchase the game.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Launch Xbox App on Windows 10 and try to install any EA Game with a GamePass membership that's supposed to include EA Play....try to install a game.
What happens when the bug occurs? Xbox for windows 10 attempts to install, then launches EA Desktop and nothing happens.
What do you expect to see? I expect when I click on an EA Play game on the Xbox for windows app for it to install in the XBox app OR for EA Desktop to launch and KNOW that I have an active GamePass membership and allow me to install EA Play games.... not ask me to sign up for EA Play as if it doesn't konw I have an Xbox GamePass Membership associated with the Gamertag linked

EA Play is included with XBox GamePass for PC. However when opening the Windows 10 Xbox app and clicking on an EA game to install it launches EA Desktop and asks you to sign up for EA Play or purchase the game. So something it's "handshaking" between the Xbox App for Windows and the EA Desktop App when it comes to GamePass for Windows which is supposed to include EA Play
