INST-3-1310 - I'm Unable to install EA App

Hi, Whenever I try to install the EA app. It will be downloading for 10 seconds or so, and then it appears "Something went wrong" and I'm unable to install it. It comes up with the error code INST-...

I just restarted the computer and allowed it to install using the default path, and it was ready to go.
