Install error of the App Error code: 62-98B2

Firstly my app was crashing... Then i uninstalled it and tried to start reinstalling it and now it won't install and error code: 62-98B2 continues to happen every time I try install PLEASE HELP!!!! ...

I had the exact same happen to me, ive tried everything even a fresh install of windows and nothing has worked, any help would be greatly appreciated
