    If you are experiencing issues with your account, the best thing you can do is reaching out to the Live Support team via https://help.ea.com/contact-us.

    Also, keep in mind that it's completely unnecessary to post the same answer 4x in threads that don't deal with the topic that bothers you. This will be seen as Spam and can cause you to receive a warning or even a sanction on your AHQ account, as per https://answers.ea.com/t5/help/faqpage.
