  • The names of the missing games (please just name a handful): The Sims 4 and packs

  • The date when this issue first started: today (March 1st, 2024)

  • Your current EA app version (find out here): 13.140.0.5653 (79920-bce7a50f68)

  • Your EA app Error Reporter ID (provide it in this thread): ccabb0bb-abed-4f3c-84e0-047f39267eb2

The game won't download. Downloading error appears.
