[INVESTIGATION] Missing Games/DLCs in EA app Library (Feb. 2024) - Non-Temporary

  • The names of the missing games (please just name a handful): Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warframe 2 Deluxe Edition

  • The date when this issue first started: March 15, 2024 (Purchased the game on the same date)

  • Your current EA app version (find out here): 13.152.0.5665 (80609-7eb2a1eae7)

  • Your EA app Error Reporter ID (provide it in this thread): a3764991-677a-4bc6-b074-c23d3591b8c7

Please fix this or just refund, I was excited to play this but instead, I got frustrated and disappointed.
