[INVESTIGATION] Missing Games/DLCs in EA app Library (Feb. 2024) - Non-Temporary

Hi EA,

Numerous games have disappeared from EA app and purchase history...

Already cleared cache in Steam Epic Games and EA app - no change

Already reinstalled and repaired EA app - no change

I am a long-standing customer and did originally use Origin

I am an EA Play member via XBOX game pass

Only remaining game is EA PGA Golf which was my most recent purchase and only currently installed game.

User Name is Gramondo

Issue first noticed on 24 March 2024 but may have occurred earlier...had been playing EA PGA golf via Epic Games in March with no issues

Missing purchased games include: Battlefield games, Dead Space games, Dragon Age Games and many more...

App version is 13.152.0.5665 (80884-7690b5aaa2)

Error is: Games have been removed from your library

As this is clearly not a unique issue to myself, I would hope you have found a solution to this for the many customers experiencing the issue
