  • Your EA ID/Username - JohnCShepard, although EA app doesn't recognize it so I have to login with my email

  • The names of the missing games (please just name a handful) - MassEffect 1 and 3, Star Wars Battlefront

  • The date when this issue first started - 3-27-24

  • Your current EA app version (find out here) - 13.162.0.5675 (81069-38b404873d)

  • Your EA app Error Reporter ID (provide it in this thread).
