[INVESTIGATION] Missing Games/DLCs in EA app Library (Feb. 2024) - Non-Temporary

Hi everyone, This thread has been created to gather data from players who report the absence of previously owned or recently bought Games/DLCs in their EA app Library starting from January/Februar...

  • Your EA ID/Username, Cass_Seoul 

  • The names of the missing games - 41 SIMS 4 packs (expansion, stuff, game packs etc)

  • The date when this issue first started: The alert says that it happened February 5th. I hadn't opened the game until today/

  • Your current EA app version (find out here),  13.162.0.5672
     
  • Your EA app Error Reporter ID (provide it in this thread) 4fad2ebe-1091-4a6e-b195-a1320861ced1

I've confirmed and can show proof of purchase for all my packs.
