[INVESTIGATION] Missing Games/DLCs in EA app Library (Feb. 2024) - Non-Temporary

I have the weird situation with unknown "quest_item" that was supposedly removed ("This content has been removed for an unlisted reason"), that seems to be related to this whole missing games debacle. Though it is unclear what this "quest_item" is supposed to be.

    I've noticed this "quest_item" also. The only game I have in my library is The Sims 4, so I'm assuming that this item is related only to TS4 (at least, for me). I've never had any other game from EA on this app / the previous app; only Sims 4. 

    Anybody have any word on what this item is?
