[INVESTIGATION] Missing Games/DLCs in EA app Library (Feb. 2024) - Non-Temporary

  • Your EA ID/Username, wesben64

  • The names of the missing games (please just name a handful), Mass Effect 3 N7 Edition is gone and replaced with standard edition. Digital content was removed for an unknown reason per in app notification.

  • The date when this issue first started, First noticed it 4-19-24 when EA app was installed on a new computer.

  • Your current EA app version (find out here), App Version 13.180.0.5963 (81899-41cbde6b15)

  • Your EA app Error Reporter ID (provide it in this thread). 9a582070-77ca-4274-b213-93a82b2d4caf
