The names of the missing games (please just name a handful):

Mass Effect 3 Digital content (artbooks, etc.).
Mass Effect 3 N7 Digital Deluxe was replaced by the standard edition.
Mass Effect 2 Digital Deluxe content (artbook/soundtracks/documentary).
Mass Effect 2 Digital Deluxe was also replaced by the standard edition in library.

Date the issue first started: April 2024

@Rodarolla2 Same re downgrade of ME, as posted above. I also have receipts.

This is very worrying - 15 pages now and no update?

I've never had this with other games stores.
