I already own the Sims 4 as well as other packs and I downloaded Island Living on the new EA app but I can’t find it in game anywhere. It says in game that the pack is ‘unavailable for purchase’ even though I have paid for it and it confirms that in the EA app, in game it also says  ‘Requires The Sims 4 & all game updates. See minimum system requirements for the pack.’ But I can’t see anywhere that says I need to update the sims 4? Please help me.
