Missing Games: Need for Speed Rivals Complete Edition + 13 DLCs, Crysis 3 Soundtracks, Quest_Item

The date when this issue first started: 3rd of April 2024

I bought the games on Steam, but when I launch the game from Steam, the EA App says "I don't have access". When I checked my EA App Library the games, dlcs and items were removed.
