I haven't logged into Origin in quite a while, but today I was in the mood to play Dragon Age. I downloaded the EA app since it replaced origin and used the only login I've ever had, resetting my password to ensure I had access. And lo and behold, EA fumbles the damn ball.
This level of incompetence is unbelievable. Not only are you responsible for this issue, but you also push the burden onto the users to fix your mess. Instead of taking responsibility and resolving the problem, you leave us frustrated and without our games.
Shame on you, EA. This is absolutely unacceptable, and your lack of accountability is astonishing.
