  • The names of the missing games (please just name a handful), - The Sims 4 and multiple expansions and packs
  • The date when this issue first started, - 28th May 2024
  • Your current EA app version (find out here), - 13.207.0.5720

Names of missing games:

- All of my 21 games not showing in the library

- Battlefield 2042, Battlefield V, Battlefield 1, Battlefield 4, Battlefield 3 and so on ...

- Plus 16 Games !

Date: 1 June 2024

Current EA app version: 13.207.0.5720

How is this acceptable in a company that have a net worth of US$35.40 billion as of May 31, 2024 ?
