[INVESTIGATION] Missing Games/DLCs in EA app Library (Feb. 2024) - Non-Temporary

2 days ago, I wanted to play sims4 and I clicked on the game icon. As is always happening, the EA games app opened, but I could not be able to see my games which are already installed or in my library. I deleted the app and downloaded it again, but it did not work. Now, I cannot play my games and I don't know what I can do.
