Games not starting up/running:

I have tried multiple times to get the game to run, and it just won't budge. An error message pops up each time saying "We are unable to connect to EA servers to activate STAR WARS Battlefront ll on this computer using your account. Pleas trying again later." I don't know if that's something on my end or on EA's end, but it is preventing me from playing the game at all. It was recently downloaded and still not running. Can somebody help me out with this problem. Or show me a way to begin a live chat with an EA agent?
