EA username: Atoni
The names of the missing games: Mirrors Edge, The Sims (plus a few Kits)
The date when this issue first started: Noticed it 6 june, but don't know when it actually started.
Your current EA app version: 13.220.0.5733 (84061-786b42bdc9)
More info: My installed and My games in Library is grayed out. It also tells me I only have 1 Game, even though I should have two
What I've tried:
- App Recovery -> Clear Cache
- App Recovery -> Clear Cache
- Restart Computer
- Start EA App as windows administrator
- Clear Cache
- Switch Region
- Switch Language
- Log out
- Log in (with steam login)
- Uninstall -> Repair
- Uninstall -> Uninstall
- Download installer from ea.com
- Install
- Log out
- Uninstall -> Uninstall
- Change Password (at myaccount.ea.com)
- Redownload installer
- Install
- Log in (with username & password)
I can't come up with anything else to try now.
Since I can't edit my previous post, I'm making a new one.
FOUND A SOLUTION
It appears my DNS filter was causing the issues.
Disabeling it, and a Clear Cache run helped.
Credit to this post and the one bellow it for helping me fins the problem.
