[INVESTIGATION] Missing Games/DLCs in EA app Library (Feb. 2024) - Non-Temporary

  • Your EA ID/Username: Annanas2313

  • The names of the missing games:  Sims 3 base game, Sims 3 Into the Future, Sims 3 island Paradise, Sims 3 Late Night, Sims 3 Seasons, Sims 3 Ambitions, Sims 3 Pets, Sims 3 Supernatural 

  • The date when this issue first started: 29th July 2024

  • Your current EA app version: 13.269.0.572(86800-7e8c1b1be8)

  • Your EA app Error Reporter ID: 88fbdae2-4768-4e1f-bf18-a814119a6c69

I've contacted the support and tried every possible fix they suggested with no success, they could verify that the codes were redeemed with my account but they are not anymore in the EA App. Just disapeared from one day to the other. This is very frustrating.
