I need help with recovering a deleted account so I went to EA help and answered whatever information it wanted to start a chat but it just kept going around in a loop, forcing me to complete all steps to open a case over and over again.
I don't now how else to explain it. Whenever I try to create a new case, whether it be on my desktop or phone, whether I am on Chrome or Edge, the EA Help website just repeats the prompts in order over and over again, with no end in sight. Therefore I am unable to talk to anyone because your website won't let me. I will post screen shops of the prompts as they appear in order. Apparently I can only send a few screen shots at a time.
Ok whenever I post a screen shot on here, it ends up getting deleted within minutes for some reason. So I can't send screen shots
