Is EA support chat broken or nonfunctional? Need specific webbrowser?

I tried the support chat as i got a double charge from ea storebought dlc, but there is no answers, no chatwindow. Only a waiting time estimate and then nothing happens. There is now two tickets open...

Sorry to hear that! Funny that a store has a non functional way to contact them. I really thought that buying from a official store would work, but i guess i should have learned from my issues with samsung store(however samsung actually fixed everything in the end but it was a struggle) Possibly that a 7$ extra payment to EA i the EA shareholder gains.... 

Note to myself is to use any other store than EA's own store i guess. I should have bought the dlc's on the winter sale from Steam...
