ive been banned, i appealed and i got another ban for no reason.

im trying to play need for speed dude i keep getting bans one after another im not even online because of them what am i getting banned for i appealed for my other one and the case was closed dude :/...

    Hi @purpleb00st, 

    I'm sorry but we won't know why you were banned from the forums. The original email you received from Terms of Service may help clarify your specific ban details. Can you take a look through your emails? There should be an email from Terms of Service that shares the general rule broken for example: ban applied for cheating/hacking/hate speech/etc.

    In terms of appealing a ban, if you think it was added by mistake, then reaching out to Terms of Service is correct. If you've already contacted the Terms of Service team that's all you need to do for now. The TOS team will review the account and determine if the ban can be overturned. They will follow up with you as soon as they can.

On April 1, 2021, I purchased the game "It Takes Two"on Steam.And played it with friends on April 4. Played about 3 hours, during which I guarantee that there is no violations and manipulation, after all, this is a stand-alone game. Then I stopped playing the game. In August of this year, I want to play the game, only to find that my account was disabled on April 5 last year. I couldn't believe it, because I didn't get any emails from EA. I hope the official can find out, so that I can play this game with friends. The purchase record is in the attached file.
