Javelin anticheat causing Windows event id 154 - disk IO failure

I've been having issue when playing APEX Legend or BF2042. 

Whenever I start any of the 2 games, the HDD will start to click, then it will crash the whole system. Already did a series of test for Disk and RAM diagnostics, results are working as expected. 

I suspected it must be the game at first, but since its happening on 2 games, I concluded that it might be the Javelin Anti cheat that's causing the issue. I followed the instruction provided on how to reinstall the anti cheat software. After the install wizard have completed the installation, the disk started clicking again without even starting any of the games. Then the system froze and crashed again, error occurred around Oct 25, 2025 @ 5:45 PM.
