Jedi Survivor can not be downloaded in the App. Require assistance.

Have you tried to download Apex Legends and then cancel?

It is really strange.

Also, do you have any issues in the XBOX APP itself maybe? Sometimes it does not recognize your Microsoft Account.

I have the exact same problem, except I actually already had the game installed. My game crashed (after about 10 crashes before this one) and I tried using the repair service. Clicking it did nothing, so I just assumed this joke of a game launcher was simply bugging out again, closed it and reopened it and now Jedi Survivor isn't even in my library. Tried launching the game through the Xbox app, then the EA app says that I don't own the game and I must have it through someone else. Then tried redownloading the game and was faced with eternal "preparing" until it errors out. Genuinely though, how can a multi-billion dollar company like EA make such a disastrous, unpolished, glitched, horse dung heap of a launcher in the first place?

Dear EA, as you can see there are multiple customers with the same problem.

Please, we just request your assistance. Nothing more. 

Please ask your Support IT/ IT Ops personnel to support us since the issue with downloading is severe. It does not even let us download our apps by having subscription to EA Play.

Same here, played around 5 hours of Jedi Survivor trough Xbox Gamepass ultimate linked to EA Play.

I was playing just an hour ago. Then game crashed and is now totally missing from EA app.

Clearing cache in EA app didn't help, logging out and in again also doesn't work.

What the hell? It's bad enough that the game is crashy as it is, but now we can't even play it anymore.

Have the exact same problem over here. Tried deleting the cache from localappdata, running as administrator and all that yet nothing is working. I have almost 30 hours on the game and honestly this is upsetting. Nothing can be downloaded on my ea play game pass account besides the games in my library (apex and nfs unbound). Idk what to do tbh.

I uninstall it then install it back, now all of sudden it said "download error". Fix your app EA! Or bring back the origin app that works perfectly fine.

It's getting frustrating that a company as big as EA keeps making mistakes... that's not why I paid to not be able to play. Today is a holiday in my country and I would have had time to play today, but EA games took that away from me. Congratulations.

Are you here EA play? The error has been up for more than 4 hours, but I haven't written anything. At least you would inform the players that you are working on fixing the error..
