Our dev team is wondering if you are able to create/edit files in C:\ProgramData\EA Desktop on your device?
We believe this is a type of permission or network attached storage error that the app is not handling gracefully. Could there be a custom setup on your device like virtualization or use of network drives, or network backups?
@SansGelatineHi, i tried to create a new file and it asked for some permissions. So I tried to reinstall the EA app in an other disk (using a guide in an other forum post) and the app installed well, i can create files in the EA Desktop folder but the problem is still there, still the download restart.
