I have the same problem. I've played it in swedish on origin. And I can install both the sims 3 and the sims 4 in swedish on ea app but only english shows up when I try to install the sims medieval. And it's the only game in my library that has this problem
I have the exact same problem. Can not choose swedish in the EA app and therefore my sims medieval is in english only.. ☹️
