Loss of Controller Support after switching from Origin to EA APP

Just made the switch from Origin to EA app and not by choice. My official xbox one wireless controller became unusable. When using controllers in the Mass Effect games, the controls glitch between M&K and control with every move and unable to perform basic functions in games. 

Please fix your bugs as the same controller worked in Origin, Steam, and other platforms. Therefore, the issue did not originate in the controller. EA forced users to switch from Origin to EA app without ensuring its usability and work functions. Thus, effectively eliminated my access to my games. Judging by this forum, this is a widespread issue.

Imagine if Xbox had an irreversible update that eliminated controllers support without telling their customers. That's what EA did. 

If you can't fix the issue and restore my input controls in the games with a reasonable time. Please go ahead and issue refunds on of my games in the library as they are no longer accessible due to your negligence.
