I did own the games and did not get them via subscription. I've communicated with EA support several times and have received the same canned response every time telling me I'm not entitled to access to my games. At this point I've given up on EA being willing to address this and will take it as a lesson learned about the trustworthiness of EA and other digital distribution companies
HI I have the same problem. I wrote to EA last year, they loading my game back to new EA login account (because ORIGIN). I was really happy, but after a few months they deleted my games. Im very disappointed. I wrote 14 days before to EA support and I´m waitting for a new info. I hope that EA will load my games back. When I want open my game. I have this information on my PC screen: This title may have been downloaded to your device by another user who owns tha game. Log in to a different account or restart the app to try again. Im angry. Im owner my games. I have codes on my own, no other people!

martulkasob, that means that you're logging in with the wrong EA account. If you have another email address, try logging in with that.
If you can't remember your login credentials for your original EA account, please contact EA support.

No I had origin - nick martulkasob (with other email - but my old email was deleted, because Im not sign long time). Than I create account in EA (because origin ended).
When I knew problem with my deleted email and problem with login in origin...I create account in EA with active email. I wrote to EA support and they loaded my lost games. Nohing problem with. I played games in February 2025 and its not possible now, because EA deleted my games from my account in EA? I havent other account in EA.
