Community Managermartulkasob, that means that you're logging in with the wrong EA account. If you have another email address, try logging in with that.
If you can't remember your login credentials for your original EA account, please contact EA support.
No I had origin - nick martulkasob (with other email - but my old email was deleted, because Im not sign long time). Than I create account in EA (because origin ended).
When I knew problem with my deleted email and problem with login in origin...I create account in EA with active email. I wrote to EA support and they loaded my lost games. Nohing problem with. I played games in February 2025 and its not possible now, because EA deleted my games from my account in EA? I havent other account in EA.
