Lost all my games that was on Origin when the EA App appeared

I Lost all My EA GHames That Was on Origin after this stupid EA App appeared

    Hi @H2G2H 

    Is your game library in the EA app showing as completely empty?

    You may have logged into the EA app using different login details than your original account. You'd need to login to the app with the same details that you originally purchased your content on, and you'll see everything available in your library to download and access again.

    Please also check your Order History in the EA app- if your Order History is showing as blank and you're not seeing any previous purchases you've made here, this is another way to verify that you're currently logging into the app with the incorrect login details. 

    I'd recommend checking any emails you have for the email receipt of your purchases so you know which account to login to the EA app to. If you need further help locating the correct login details, that's something live support can help with- you can reach out to live support by submitting a help request here: https://help.ea.com/help/faq/using-ea-help.

    Thank you for the help but.

    Is there any other way i can get it back otherwise i have used the same E-mail address. i still even have the EA Saves of Mass Effect  Andromeda on my computer but my E-Mail was cleaned up to 2023 so i have no recollection of my records before 2023.

    Andromeda i bought in 2022 last played 20222/10/28.
