Hey Shulevskyyy,
You should be able to check back through your account page with these steps to verify the status of that EA Play subscription. If you check the subscriptions, is that still active or is it showing canceled or refunded?
If it's still an active subscription it may be worth a cache clear of the EA app to see if there's any change. If there's still an issue with the subscription from there, it'd be best to get in touch with the support team directly. They'll be able to verify some details about the purchase/account and discuss the specifics in more detail than we're able to do here on the public boards.
