Mirror’s Edge key activation issue
Hello, I’m having an issue when activating my key for the game Mirror’s Edge. After redeeming the code, a window appears asking me to select from multiple versions of the game, where the only visible differences seem to be the supported languages.
However, I cannot confirm my choice or proceed any further. I am stuck on this screen.
I have tried pressing Enter, Tab, and clicking everywhere on the window, including the language options and the green confirmation button, but nothing happens.
Could you please help me solve this issue?

After 2 long days I managed to solve the problem by myself. For some random reason that makes absolutely no sense, after desperately smashing every key on my keyboard like an idiot, I somehow managed to activate it using only the Enter key on my numpad.
