@5fb5f2170d21a6d5 Hey, in most cases we have seen, this is an issue of being in the wrong account even when we think are in the right one. First, log into your EA Profile here and go into the purchases or order history and make sure you see your content.
If you do, it is the right account, if not, it is the wrong account. We are tracking this issue Here as well, so if it is the right account, please link your info there.
i checked my purchases everything is there and my i checked origin account and my sims stuff is there
