'm trying to buy the The Sims 4: City Living

Could someone please help me?

I'm trying to buy the The Sims 4: City Living expansion pack. I owned it on Steam in the past, but now I have a MacBook, so I need to buy it again through the EA app.

The problem is that I can't complete the purchase. Every time I try to pay, I get an error, and none of the available payment methods work.

I'm from the Czech Republic. Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to fix it? I'd really appreciate any advice. Thank you!

Hey Judyyt,

Can you try removing your saved payment methods from your Account page before clearing the EA App's cache and starting the payment process again? Do be sure to leave the option to remember your information unchecked. If that doesn't work, please follow these steps to complete a clean reinstall of the EA App and try again afterward.
