Community ManagerPlease please I need help; I have been posting in forums for the last three days. I was finally forced to install the EA app earlier this week and I couldn't bypass it. the app is completely nonfunctional! it crashes the moment it opens; I have already tried several different fixes including uninstalling and reinstalling (the second time installing from EAs site instead of through origin. Someone even mentioned upgrading my OS to Sonoma 14.5, still nothing is working and I am completely unable to play the sims 4. I responded in a thread that requested Mac model, OS, EA app logs, etc. and no one ever responded. I'll attach the rar files to this post as well. please... I just want to play my game
