I have tried so many suggestions such as unistalling and downloading the app again, clicking EaLauncher in Applications folder and it’s still not working. Please, do something! I want to play The Sims 4

Your Mac model name: MacOs

What version of macOS are you using: Catalina 10.15

Timestamp when the issue first occurred (date/time): I don’t even remember it’s been almost a week I think.

When does the error occur (opening the EA app, starting a game via the EA app, or during gameplay?): This issue occurs every time I open the EA app
