Also getting the same problem. EA app won't even open for me. WHEN IS THIS GOING TO BE RESOLVED. Not that anyone cares EA literally already has our money. They don't care that we're having issues. They care that they have to waste time fixing them. ☹️

@beelinebritt RIGHT!! mine as well won't open. I'm so frustraded!!! I want some updates as to what Is happening. ☹️

  I don't know why, but today it opened without any problem and without asking me anything. The only thing I did was chat with technical support to see if there were any updates, but they didn't give me any answers except to ask for my account name to check.

    @homeprojectideas YESSSSSS I update my EA APP (new version available since june 3rd !! download it on EA website) and it work for the first time 😭😭😭😭 after 2 months 🥹🥹🥹
