Community ManagerI am experiencing this issue right now! I have uninstalled and installed the EA app on my Mac multiple times, and it is still not working! It says, “The App crashed unexpectedly. We ran into a problem, but a quick restart should fix it.” I have restarted the app, tried clearing the cache, and updated my OS to its latest version (Sonoma 14.5), but still to no avail.

nope.. Talked to the ea help chat and they said they will talk with the people working there and get it fixed soon.. well it's been two weeks. It's getting ridiculous. I'm usually pretty calm about stuff like this but I'm fkn pissed. Think about all the money we have put into their games and they treat us like this. FIX THE FKN APP!!!
