When does the error occur: at first occurred when I was trying to update my Sims game and now it won't even open or stay open long enough to create a help ticket.
What is the current version of your EA app (check here on how to see this): The dang thing won't stay open long enough for me to look.

Please fix ASAP. I was playing SIM on origin for years and never had these types of issues. Just downloaded a new expansion pack and I'm so mad I can't play it. I only get like 2 hours to myself a week and I wasted it all on this POS app.
