I just downloaded the EA app on my Mac but it will not send me the confirmation code to login…

    Hi tehre!

    If you're not getting verification codes, use one of your backup codes. If you can't, our support team can help update or add a new email to your account. Feel free to reach out to them. 

     

    Here's how to reach them: 

       

    1. Click here on your PC: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/  
    2. Search for and select 'EA App' in the search bar.  
    3. In the left menu, click on 'Manage my account'.  
    4. Then, choose 'I need help logging into my account'.
