@itsfynz Anytime that the icon is grayed out like that, it only happens for a few reasons:
You had an EA Play sub that expired
The game was removed from the account
You merged accounts
Your system sees it installed already
Once a code is redeemed on the account, you can check the Order History section on your EA account at profile.ea.com and it will show what code you redeemed. As this is not something we do over the forums, if you clear the app cache first and check your profile and the code itself was a game code and not a code for content, you would need to reach out to live support so that they can take a look.
You can contact our live support at help.ea.com. To request a chat or open a case through email:
- Select the EA App
- Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
- You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
- Select Continue without logging in
- This should give you the chat/email option

Wrong. Games that were recently on Twitch Prime for free are: Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered, Star Wars Squadrons, Need for Speed Heat, Mass Effect Legendary Edition, Grid Legends and Dragon Age: Inquisition. None of these games show up in my EA Account history.
The only advice I read everytime is "clear the cache" ... what year do we have?
You guys got my EA Play trial mixed up with that code I am telling you but I acknowledge that you cant do anything here.
Ive tried contacting that part of the support team. But it says "waiting for player" every time I send an email and I wont get an answer. Contacting the live chat just lets me chat with your, sorry, incompatible team over in India and they just send you AI generated answers. Its actually horrible.
Guess there is no hope with this company since you guys dont actually care about single customers. Its unfortunate that the horrible reputation EA got wont change anything in that regard.
Tho I am gonna try the route by selecting the EA App as problem in the help center. Last try. Thanks for the answer.
