It is not up to your customers to figure out "fixes." It is up to you, as a company to provide customer service that shows a modicum of respect. I should not have to restart my entire workstation to play one game. Future purchases of EASports products are getting more doubtful, because who wants to click on frustration when they want to relax? The longer this problem goes without resolution, the more damage to an already damaged reputation. You are charging WAY too much for these sort of errors to be ignored. I honestly think you are exposing yourselves to a possible class action suit over the foolish Javelin fodder.
