Manage my account

Hello EA Support,

I’m trying to create an EA ID with the name “rmazizbek”, but I keep getting an “Enter a valid EA ID” error. I checked and the name doesn’t contain any special characters or spaces, and it seems to follow all EA ID rules.

Could you please check if this ID is available, or let me know why it is not being accepted?

    Hey rmaz1zbek​ if a username is not accepted then it generally means that it is already in use and if this is the case then there is nothing that we can do.
