Account help please

I'm trying to log into my EA account on a new laptop. I don't remember my old password. I know my email registered to my account is correct, but the phone number isn't. It's my old phone number so I don't have access to it anymore. Every time I try to resent my password and have a code sent to my email, it never actually sends. It's not in my spam folder or anything. And I've been doing it over and over. But the code never comes. 

I'm already horribly frustrated, and the lack of actual customer support from EA is certainly not helping. So, does anyone know what I can do? Who I can contact? Thank you.

    If you're not receiving any of those verification emails, it may help to add a filter to specifically allow emails from @e.ea.com and @ea.com domains. If you're still not seeing those show up, it would be best to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.

    If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.

  • How do I add filters to allow the emails? I'm sorry I'm really not good at this stuff lol.

    That would depend on your particular email provider, so I would check their support page for steps if you're unsure.

    Otherwise, it would be best to just contact our support team so they can make sure the email you're using is correct and update any other account information that may need to be changed so you can get back in.
