for some reason my xbox account is linked to some email listed as 13********@disabled.ea.com
which is clearly some ea email account. I tried to go through ea help but never see an option to do a live chat. can someone please send me a link so i can initiate a live chat to have this resolved

did that, there is no option from there that links to a live chat. If you follow the cant unlink account tree there is no option anywhere to do a live chat. Let me know which branch from any of the issues will start a live chat and I will just use that.
