I see you've looked through the other recent threads here on the subject. The EA rep indicated it is a known issue. But no promised fix date.
I also see you are using the EA App. If you can, I'd suggest using, and sticking with until all this is fixed, the Origin app?
(If you only have ME3 through EA Pass or Game Pass, unfortunately not an option for you).

hey, having the issue too! That reddit thing sadly didn't work. Doesn't work on EA, doesn't work on origin.
